The Reporting Channel was created to make it possible for employees and the external public to communicate with Pavidez, in order to receive and deal with complaints and concerns involving suspicions of unethical practices. The Reporting Channel may be used for anonymous or identified complaints. The information recorded here will be treated confidentially, securely and with absolute secrecy of the identity of the complainant and of all provided information. Pavidez will not allow retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. All reports of violations, with a reasonable degree of certainty of the reported facts, will be investigated and dealt with, showing everyone that any type of unethical conduct will not be tolerated. Pavidez, through the Reporting Channel, conveys to its employees and partners the certainty that it is committed to ethics and transparency, human dignity, the well-being of its employees, the environment, and the protection of personal data. Pavidez assures everyone that it fulfills its legal, social, and integrity compliance obligations, not tolerating any act related to corruption, bribery, fraud, money laundering, and cartels, as well as actions or omissions that harm the dignity, freedom, physical and mental integrity of its employees, the fauna, flora, and environment, and information security.
